Dot2Dot offers its customers the option to inspect products at the time of delivery. If the product does not conform to the customer’s order, the customer has the right to return the product (on-spot return). However, please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for a change of mind.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 05 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {support@dot2dot.pk}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@dot2dot.pk and send your item to: Office no 1, Building no 103C, Jami Commercial Street 11, D.H.A. Phase 7, Karachi, Pakistan.

All products can be exchanged by raising a request within 3 days from delivery by writing to contact@dot2dot.pk or by calling us at 0337-7555-540  for processing by our operations team.

You can also WhatsApp us on 0337-7555-540 the product’s picture along with the note stating your concern.

The return will only be eligible for processing if:-

  • The product delivered does not match the original order or
  • The product delivered is defective or is found to be incomplete (e.g. issues with size, colour, and type, not as listed.

The product shall neither be returned nor exchanged, if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Request is made after 3 calendar days;
  • Product has been used/consumed;
  • Original invoice is not available; or
  • Product is not in the original packaging including price tags, and labels.

If the replacement product is not available for any reason (e.g. non availability of size, type or color etc.), a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed on the purchase of any product from Dot2Dot.
